Point to the File button and hold the left pointer button to bring up the File Menu.  From the menu you will be able to select various operations that affect the opening and saving of overlay files, the exporting of image and HTML files, the loading of base files, and the printing of any file.

New

Selecting New will start a new overlay file set.
 

Open

Selecting Open will bring up a window where you may select an overlay file set to open.
 

Save

Selecting Save will bring up a window where you may give a name to your overlay file set, and select a directory in which to save it.
 

Export

Selecting Export will bring up a series of windows where you may define the contents and scale of an image or HTML file to export, as well as give it a name and select a directory to export it to.
 

Themes

Selecting Themes will bring up a window where you may select which base map themes to load for each map series.
 

Coordinate System

Selecting Coordinate System will bring up a window where you may choose how xviewsdts determines what coordinate system to use when loading a base map surface.
 

Searching

Selecting Searching will allow you to choose the method xviewsdts uses to search for base map files.
 

Print

Selecting Print will bring up a series of windows where you may define the contents and scale of the map you wish to print, and then print it.
 

Exit

Selecting Exit will end your xviewsdts session.  Happy trails!
