Point to the place of interest and press the right pointer button to bring up the right-button menu.  From the menu you will be able to select various operations to perform on that point.  Note that all operations from the right-button menu are relative to the position of the pointer when the menu was brought up. Also, some menu items will be unavailable ("grayed-out") unless you are pointing at an appropriate object.

What's This?

Selecting What's This? will give you additional information about the base map line and/or polygon you are pointing to.
 

Load Large Scale

Selecting Load Large Scale will load the large scale surface which covers the point you selected.
 

Load Intermediate Scale

Selecting Load Intermediate Scale will load the intermediate scale surface which covers the point you selected.
 

Load Small Scale

Selecting Load Small Scale will load the small scale surface which covers the point you selected.
 

Unload Surface

Selecting Unload Surface will unload the surface which covers the point you selected.
 

View Surface ID

Selecting View Surface ID will display information about the surface which covers the point you selected.
 

View Attributes

Selecting View Attributes will let you view the attributes of the overlay object you have selected.
