What's new at Dapper Mapper: Place-n-Time 0.02

Place-n-Time 0.02 is Dapper Mapper's viewer for USGS topographic maps in the DLG-3 SDTS format. It also displays overlay maps created by users of XViewSDTS. Currently Place-n-Time is undergoing beta testing.
